This includes the provision of drawings, analyses, testing, test reports and first article inspections,along with contributions to conformity inspection. At Lux Cabin Interior, we are able to supply and fit almost any type of flooring. From fabric aircraft carpets to aircraft galley and lavatory hard and vinyl flooring.

We work with our customers and suppliers to ensure the selection and custom fit process is performed smoothly and in the quickest possible time by utilizing our state of the art digital cutter minimizing material waste and ensuring that we maintain the high industry standards for quality materials and installation

Aircraft Insulation Blankets

Lux Cabin Interior are experts in cutting and manufacture of finished thermal/acoustic aircraft insulation blankets. Our in-house production capabilities ensure all made to measure blankets meet the industry standard certification requirements and client specific aircraft templates are part numbered and kept for future reference.

Testing & Quality Assurance

Lux Cabin Interior operates a comprehensive testing service to qualify and certify all new parts and components. Our Engineering and Quality Assurance teams will prepare and submit all the necessary documentation to the relevant approving bodies

Flammability Testing

Lux Cabin Interior understands the importance of safety requirements for all components as is equipped to provide comprehensive test plans which include both 12 second Vertical Burn Test and the Combination Burn Test
